Our “Pathway to Success” program is designed to be inclusive and accessible, with accommodations available upon request. This internship preparation course provides a robust program to enhance your career readiness, featuring:

Orientation and self-assessments for personal growth
Goal-setting and personal branding strategies
A Career Discovery Capstone Project to explore career paths
Workshops on 21st Century skills and report/presentation development
Mock interviews and networking opportunities with mentors and industry professionals
Guest speaker sessions and an “Ask Me Anything” segment
Regular check-ins, presentations, and thoughtful reflection activities

PERHAPS ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS OF INTEREST

Our “Startup Club” entrepreneurship program equips participants with essential skills for business creation and growth. The program culminates in a pitch contest, allowing participants to showcase their business ideas. All materials and activities are designed to be inclusive, with accommodations available to ensure equal access for all participants. Key components include:

Developing an entrepreneurial mindset
Idea generation and self-assessment
Market research and customer discovery techniques
Business model creation and value proposition development
Brand building and marketing strategies
Prototyping and user testing
Sales techniques and financial fundamentals
Pitching skills workshop

Our programs are designed for high school juniors and seniors. They run 6 weeks, virtually, and are typically conducted during a lunch period or other regularly scheduled instructional period during the school day. Programs are conducted on a timeline that works best for everyone involved.
